Neither one competed in the 2011 NPC Excalibur -  Coach nor Alex23 (who moved up to northern California).

Oh well... big talk and no show...

Hey, I only agreed to do the show if Alex did. I had nothing else to prove except shutting him up. I made that clear right from the get go. From a marketing standpoint I could have done very well.

No one is looking down on you Coach, there was no way A23 was going to do this show, and everyone knew it (he probably did too).

Everyone knows you have competed and put your money where your mouth was, Alex never has.
