if he does this he will only get fat,, he has already trained many years from what ai  remember ,, bulking is only for early training years for naturals,, and even they you gotta be careful so you do not go too much into oink oink mode

it is tough reality for naturals,, many they trick themselves with going up and down in fatness,, but no true growth anymore

No disrespect to you nolotil, coz you have lots of knowledge and you know what's up, but I'm gonna give it a go (meaning to get lean 1st and then put some more muscle on my fat arm) I'm not saying that it will happen, but I sure as hell am gonna try it. So, the plan is as follows... Hit sub-7 1st and then post update pics (at that point, I imagine that my arm will look softer and flater) and the 2nd phase will be to stay lean, sub-7, and then fill the arm back out with much more seperation, detail, and hopefully density. I don't know if it will work out the way I plan, but that is how I'm gonna approach it.

if you always stay at the same weight and never bulk your strength and size will never come, isee so many people use the same weights are the same size every year and dont grow cause they dont eat enough to grow

And you're right Master Blaster, naturals should never, ever bulk. I did that 3 seperate times, and maybe the 1st time I got a little bit from it, but the last 2 times it was a complete waste of time.

when i say bulk,, i do not mean pig bulk maybe we use the word with different meaning  ;),, but first few years you can have higher caloric surplus compared to later years,, after some years its waste as too much calories go to fat and not enough to muscle,,

i agree natural bodybuilder never should go over 14-15% ,, if real serious and obsessed or natural lean no over 12%

yes, many make this mistake,, others make mistake of not eating enough,, so there is a balance,,

if hormonized then you can eat more because more calories to go muscle growth instead of fat compared to natural lifter,..

I used to weigh myself every night, and if I didn't weigh a pound more than the day before I would have another meal and or shake  ::)

Yeah, that 6 meals per day is complete and utter bullshit. On my lo cal days I will only eat 3 meals a day, and on my normal day I will eat 4 meals a day. And for kiwi and jamie, guess how much weight I use on my 1 work set for db tri ext and db concentration curls ;D

No kiwi, I ain't no gimmick man, but I'll be sure and shave my arms for the next pics to give these fellas some jerk off material, and who knows, I may even get a deep dark tan to make it even more exciting for them :-* Anyways, I suppose that I should just let my results speak for themselves. Remember, the 1st phase is to get lean, and the second phase is to add size while staying lean. There is a change that I may gain muscle at the same time as I get leaner, but I ain't so sure about that one, so only time will tell (in about 4 weeks or so)

You mean sub 7% bodyfat?  I doubt very much that you'll look softer or flatter.  Lowering your bodyfat should improve your bicep peak, and you'll see much better definition, including the split in your bicep (possibly), not to mention veins.  Those are the things that make an upper arm impressive, not size alone.

I see plenty of old women with 17 inch arms,  but they are that size because of the extra fat, not because they have peaks and veins like arnie.
