  The owner wouldn't discipline dog. I told dog to shut up at night and it kept barking. I warned the owner again and he did nothing. I called the cop and they did nothing. I complained about it to the city council and they did nothing. One day, after weeks without being able to rest, I got fed up and went there and punched the dog until it's spine broke and it was dead. I regret not having done that to the owner. He was the one who should be offed. I feel sorry for the dog. It's funny that I posted this shit way back in 2005 and people still ask me this shit ad nauseum. You guys are childish. Lol.
