Just asking, that's all. It's a great place to visit for a holiday - calm, laid back, fairly inexpensive and lots of stuff to see and do, with a very mild climate and great scenery.

It's not easy getting a citizenship, but it's less harder than Australia, I think.

Seriously, the day i swore to myself NEVER NEVER NEVER to go to India was when i had a lengthy discussion with our own "Teh Shadow" (aka Sushant Kapur aka "BlackFagRedCock") about that using toilet paper is unhygienic and that it is better to wipe your shit with your hand.

A friend who went to India also told me that people just shit in the streets, then wipe with their hands. You don't have to wonder why most westeners  get stomach problems in India when you think about that everyone's hands are full of shit, the cook's, the waiter's and so on....  :-X :-X :-X :-X

 If you go there with just a few hundred dollars you can afford clean food and clean rooms. It's no problem, unless you're a fucking pussy.

 Although I do remember when I was in a small town during a heavy rain. No gutters. The rain just flooded up with nowhere to drain and there was just garbage and filth floating around. Walking through 4 inches of water with trash floating around all over.

 And the parts of India that are over run with monkeys are annoying. A monkey stole my sunglasses one time.

 But that kind of shit is fun. Better than sitting around in pussy westernized places all the time.

Went to the Philippines last year and had a blast. Got hour long massages for 10 bucks each day. Food was good and it was great to visit the mountains and beaches.

The real estate company I worked with was the original sales agency for those Bora Bora huts built over the water.

You had the option of purchasing a hut over the water, or a larger unit directly off the beach or a unit situated around a small man made lake (lagoon) about 30 years from the beach.

The water units included a glass floor so you could see the tropical fish below and a small outrigger canoe.

I forget the exact pricing details but I do recall that the huts over the water were offered in the range of $32,0000 to $40,000 (US funds). The higher priced units offered more privacy and more space between the units.

They were difficult to sell due to some political problems back then and many potential buyers were concered about Tsunami damage.

I believe an international hotel operation ended up buying them all.
