If you are doing the Caribbean as a destination, do a cruise.  Man those islands haven't got anything offer after the first day.  Bahamas flat out suck ass except for Atlantis water park.

St. Maarten is nice, try Dawn Beach. Awesome waves. Marcy's Gym on Airport Road is good.

That's just a matter of opinion. Destinations like that are strictly to relax on a beach. That's all.

Never have been there.....but I know that bodybuilding great Rick Wayne lives there.....He is a politician and editor of the newspaper there. I have heard that it is lovely there......along the lines of Hawaii.

 You must get bored pretty easily.

 You're on a tropical island full of drugs, women, natural beauty, friendly people, and hot weather. Yeah, it really gets boring fast

Cruises are shit - who wants to be stuck on a boat with tiny rooms and being shunted about all over the place having to be back on the boat after a certain amount of time giving you no time to explore where you've docked?

 I agree, cruises are way too structured and it's too much like jail life. You usually get short stops to and have can't really spend a lot of time in each place. And of course it's expensive.

 Someties a cruise is cool but overall they suck. I went on a 5 day cruise a while back and by the 5th day I could not wait to just get the fuck off that boat.

My friend was on a cruise last week.  She said Josh Brolin was staying on her floor and one day as she walked past him she turned to get the rear view and here was her review:  "He had no calves."


She also found out a day or so ago that when they stopped at Cozumel a crew member got off the ship and did not end up getting back on.  Apparently the authorities later found her body and she had been clubbed to death

Cruises are great.  Went on the Oasis last summer and had a blast.  Rooms were great and the food was really good too.  Can't beat it for the price.

Just got back from St. Maarten.  Second time there, and I will go back again next year.  The place is great.  Great beaches, great food, great atmosphere, and great strip club.  Rent a car from Vic at Dollar Thrifty, it's only $160 per week, and if you put in on a Mastercard, your card will usually cover any damage, so no need for insurance.  I have been to a lot of cool places, and this by far is one of the best vacation spots.  Just stay on the Dutch side becasue the Euro is stronger than the dollar, so you get jipped on the French side.

Been to st marten too.  Was pretty cool actually.  Liked the casinos and the orient beach... except the nude part wasn't what i expected.

Jesus Christ, you're not kidding.  Just did some investigating. Between the allure of the seas and the oasis of the seas, there's been like 5 deaths in the last few weeks.  Those ships are the newest and most expensive too. Craziness.
