it's a tract home in vegas.  cookie cutter house.  probably 50% of the neighborhood is underwater (owe more on the house that its worth), 20% in foreclosure

Qft- you can get a house in one of these "pre-built" subdivisions for relatively cheap, especially in the aftermath of the housing bubble. The quality of these houses are normally terrible and contractors constructed these houses quickly and use the cheapest of building material.

What's weird is in florida you can see the fallout of the housing bubble, mostly these type of neighborhoods. When the funding dried up for these contractors they left half-built houses in these type of neighborhoods. They look like mini ghost towns now.

Here in Chicago housing and taxes are through the fucking roof compared to other areas of the city.
A NICE 3 bedroom house in a decent area in the suburbs will run you close to $300,000.

I was in ATL few weeks back before that big snow storm and my jaw dropped at how much real estate you can get for literally half the price of Chicago shit.

Yeah, but Vegas and Florida are stupid cheap now.

BTW, 7 Series BMW are shit cars.
Around here in Chicago you see a lot of wanna bees driving late model 7 series (the new body style came out last year ? ) The one before this was around since 2008. This douchebag guido insurance sales man from my cigar lounge bought a 2002 745i with 120,000 miles for $18K ...thinking he was a baller until 2 weeks ago when his tranny went out and he paid $4k to get a new one. hahahahha

Cars you can lease in America - and many do.

The house you can rent for a good price, especially in Las Vegas, and many do.

Dennis Wolf makes more than that - but like many, choose to keep what they make private,
 unless you are the IRS.

Yes, things are more expensive in Europe than in the US, although it depends where you live.

Ron do you have any idea as to how credit is issued? Or how leases work? Lol.

Actually looks like a Vantage, which is even cheaper.

200K buys you A LOT here in Dallas. One of the cheapest living places in the nation and job security to boot. I live in Plano/north dallas, which is voted "best places to live in the U.S," numerous times.
DB9, note the front lights and the bottom spoiler and the side vent, also the rear haunches...

The Vantage looks better to me...

Dennis wolf is probably living on credit.

 Or maybe he's slanging.

Or maybe his family is rich.

Or maybe he is doing high priced gay 4 pay.

Lots of possibilities. He didn't get that money from bodybuilding alone though.

I think that Europeans and many other countries outside of the U.S have raised their children to make savings and investments a part of life.

In other words, every time they go to the bank, a portion of their earnings go into a savings account.

It is not that difficult to do, yet most people in teh U.S don't do it.

All those countries you speak of will become "Americanized" real soon. The internet and MTV has changed everything.

lol at Putin being "some unknown Russian"... ::)

Actually it's just rumors...
I heavily doubt that mr Putin, as great as he is, would be capable to build that kind of house.

Fact is, it's not known who is the owner of that house.

Cheap, new construction, gaudy exterior, no craftsmanship whatsoever.  Its basically a bigger apartment building with a garage. I cannot stand that type of architecture. There is nothing appealing about it whatsoever.
wow. i cant believe it but i kinda agree with dick face here.
