Wolfs house and car. 2nd tier pro, making like what? 60-80k per year for the past 2 years? Wife does nothing but cooking his meals and spotting his sets. ???

Is it me, or is it that everyone who in Europe was living in some shitty ass apartment driving some lame ass average car, and then after moving to the US, suddenly has a luxury mansion with pool and drives a playa car?

God praise the EUR/USD trading rate, with dollar notes u can wipe ur ass, isn't worth the paper it's printed on anymore lol

You're not buying that car on 60-80k a year. Try 200-300k.

I suppose 2600sf is a "castle" to some of the euros living in 200sf apartments with a bed and ironing board that folds out of the wall.....cute little mini-fridge and walking down 3 flights of stairs to do laundry.....
ROFLMAO.  That is the truth.

I love the architecture in New Orleans, Savannah GA and Charleston SC..... nothing like it.  timeless, quality, etc... is simply incredible.

Renting, in my opinion, is an epic fail.  Dennis is renting that house and that car and in the end he will have NOTHING to show for it.

Sure, by renting they're left with nothing, but a lot of people who own homes are left with less than nothing.  Many of those who can afford to buy are choosing to rent until they get some idea of where the housing market is going.

Cars depreciate too quickly so you don't recoup too much by owning.  Leases make sense in certain situations, as does buying.  The right or wrong method depends on the situation.

What are you babbling about?  I am stating facts about euros, look at Xerxes response....having lived in europe, I KNOW they types of apartments.... it was a good natured rib.

And jealous of the 2600sf house pictured?  Sorry again chief, my house is almost the exact same square footage and I'm not renting, and I don't care about his leased car.  I am not rich, by any means, and that was the point of my posts.  Care to try again, "kevcat?"

Exactly.  This is what then leads to a renting and a cheap, throw away society where lack of quality is the norm because it simply does not matter.  There will always be another schmuck around the corner to keep the rent flow going.  Why waste the time with quality at that point.
Lol epic reasoning, it's common knowledge that modern houses are built out of shit, and at the same time everyone is forced to rent them because certain folk cough cough (not pointing any fingers) increase the property values in a certain area, because they believe it's a solid investment.causing people to choose poverty or renting.

Are these big houses as cheap (200k) in nice neighbourhoods in the city? Or does he live on some remote location? That is crazy cheap though..
gotta be out in the sticks to be that cheap, or in a area, where everyone is forclosing. There's no way you can build a house like that for 200k, it cost way more than that to build I would think, atleast if it was done with legal labour.

The cars a lease loads, of engineers in toronto/alberta rent that shit, only costs like 30 k a year, doable for someone like him, probally claims it as a business expense.

those houses are just like arizona houses. all stucco, all brown, all have no property. 2500-3000 square feet and they do look good on the inside. which is where you gona stay once summer hits.

that house in todays market is 250-300k depending on interior features.

the car, is just a waste of money

It varies WIDELY depending on what area of the country you live.  For example in Cali that same home in most areas would be 1 million plus... course the markets tanking a few years ago had a HUGE affect in some of those areas.  I'm lucky to have bought in an area that wasn't hit that hard.  In fact values have risen slightly in my area of NC.

But you would be shocked at what 200k can get you in many areas of the country.  Toughest thing is that the best buys are usually not located near great areas for employment.   :-\

Meh you have a lack of land, you can't compare england to the usa, a better comparison is the state of newyork, with england, or california. Anyhow most of these types of homes cost twice that 3 years ago.

I remember watching an epide on swedens "room service" they re-do poeple rooms.

Anyway they went to the states to Henrik Zetterberg (detroit red wings) hes super super supe rich, and had bought a expensive ass house.

Anyway, they were going to re-do one room, and they couldnt believe the crappy quality of the house, floor was leaning, walls were crooked wires were done in a horrible manner,

And this is on a multi million dollar house. (the house looked Amazing btw)

I just thought it was hillarious.

Sure does seem to be alot cheapernin usa. maby worse quality also?

a lot of times you're not looking a t one individual house being built poorly, its a whole 'neighborhood'

a builder has so many acres to fill up, squeezes as many houses on as he can, cuts corners, uses low quality material and hardware for things like doors, windows, etc.

all this increases his profit margin.  the dumb shit that buys it usually has to spend thousands more to make it livable - even if he wanted things done better when the house is being built (and was willing to pay accordingly) he would be told no.

sometimes people buy the house and just knock it down and start over.

sad state of affairs

Same in Austria. For 200k u get NOTHING here, a crappy 2-3 room apartment.

Makes me sick to know that with the sum in my depots I could buy a huge luxury mansion overseas, and here it gets me nothing and I'm stuck in my shitty appartment..... ::)

Cars you can lease in America - and many do.

The house you can rent for a good price, especially in Las Vegas, and many do.

Dennis Wolf makes more than that - but like many, choose to keep what they make private,
 unless you are the IRS.

Yes, things are more expensive in Europe than in the US, although it depends where you live.

you're a bigger schmoe than musclecenter.

real estate in vegas is as cheap as mississippi.  i'd like to see him pick that puppy up in la jolla on bbing wages.  then again...he is stupid bber so he is probably leasing it for 2500$ a mth.

that AM isnt lease decked out like that.  he got it used off of a lot probably for 70-80k something like ronnie's bentley in tx.

i love the honesty of the euros.  but i'd give a nut for a life in london after visiting.

I know that a intelligent conversation going on here but am I the only one who isn't thinking about how many women you can have sex with with a house and car like that

it's a tract home in vegas.  cookie cutter house.  probably 50% of the neighborhood is underwater (owe more on the house that its worth), 20% in foreclosure

The last acceptable houses were built up until 1940.  Anything beyond that and you are getting something poorly constructed pretty much.

Pics of your house or you have no reason to criticize
