And here's a quick translation of what he wrote:

Here's a couple of pics from today. Dude has already started to look a bit tired. Today, for example, I did my workout after a 4h sleep, so that's not a surprise. Next week i will give my body more time to rest. I was even able to bench 10*140kg and 9*140kg in my chest workout today. Ok weights for me this close to a show and with a body dry like this. Those sets were also taken to a video. I will send them to www.swedishfitness.se website. Tomorrow I will (carb) load and after that I will empty my body for 5 days before final competition loading phase.

And under the last picture: Tired guy drinking coffee.  ;D

Note: 140kg=315lbs

None of those pictures do him justice, he looks much much bigger in person, also his delts are huge (no shit) and actually look real...

one week out :o
here's some info of what he wrote:

jerry is keeping carbs low now until wednesday and thursday when he ups them a bit to get fuller, luckily he can do that in finland before leaving to england on friday morning...after that he only eats enough to keep himself dry...jerry is lookinf forward to compete against flex lewis who he respects a lot (blaah blaah blah) 'cos he's a big star in bodybuilding circles... ::)

First thing I thought of seeing his pics is how swollen and distorted his delts look from injections and scar tissue.

Come on now, you know the answer: trenbolona. A lot of it, for a long time. Trenbolona gives this haggard look. Grainy muscle, old looking leather skin.  :D

Four days out...looking a bit watery and flat, pic taken at 9:30pm after 5 days at very low carbs...jerry will start carbing up today, leaves to london on friday morning...hopefully he will do well and get some pricemoney to buy a new and better camera ;)

After taking a closer look, i have to admit that you are right... My own opinion is biased, because he is my country man and i hope he does well for himself.
