I don't think i am a very strong guy at all compared to most bodybuilders but for anyone who has seen me in person, they can attest to the fact that i am EXTREMELY strong for my bone structure. I have little bird bones and i always do my lifts on a smith press for safety.

In fact, Fist in that photo is a lean 205lb at 8% according to his measurements...and I beleive him. Had the sports nutritionist of the Buffalo Bills do all the bodyfat calculations.
