yeah, I dunno what's so hard to diet and lose weight even if you're not an ecto. But to have that kind of daemon shape to the muscles and being ripped takes alot more work... and maby some help, not much but enough to make a big difference.

165lbs is tiny at that height. He's full, but still, not large at all. I'm lean at 207lbs 5' 7"...though I'm blocky in the waist.

This guy is beyond 6 pack lean. He has shredded hams, glutes and lower back. Chicken and rice with some cardio dont get you there, he has some help.

You obviously don`t know anything about getting lean then do you? There are a TON of Lifetime naturals that get around this lean. Its pretty much standard and easy to do WITHOUT ANY DRUGS WHATSOEVER.
