All the guys with rotator cuff problems I spoke had one thing in common, they were heavy ass benchers. All the competition guys with pec tears had the same thing in common. Lots of well documented cases on
this page. One of those cases was Berry DeMey.
There's no reason to bench if you're a bodybuilder, and I'm not the first one saying that.
