Chicken Fried steak is a pounded strip coated and deep fried (like fried chicken) .. served with a gravy .. white ? yes I think so moreso than any other .. but I may be wrong

If it's real meat, it's sounds pretty good.  Might hit up google for a batter/season recipe.  White gravy meaning chicken or turkey gravy?

I remember something about w8m8 cause I saw her picture yesterday but when I looked up my old posts, I see nothing :(  I also see that she is in timeout...I'm afraid I have sent my love to the clanker in my temporary insane state.
