Yep I was natural for 3 years...I won my first 2 shows as a natural...and the only reason I started to use something because at the Hungarian Nationals I placed 10th in the Overall...OK I just turned 19, I was natural, that was my first show but I was disappointed...

Anyway I went from 127 lbs to 198 in 2 years...but I was too bloated. Then I was 170 onstage at my first show (first win), I wasn't in great condition, I didn't know anything about dieting...

But yes, it's possible naturally too. But it wasn't enough for me at all.

actually, someone who has a physics or engineering background would be preferred over the PT certifications..ive lost count of how many certified PT there are who still dont get it...they get it enough to pass the community college half year course- but that really is mickey mouse.
