IMO conditioning is the key with Roelly. He has great muscle separation and striations. He shouldn't have to play the size game. There's only so much mass he can add to his frame. He could try to become another Branch, but I think that would be the wrong approach.

He has better shape than Branch, plus he doesn't have T-Rex arms like Branch...Branch's short limbs and tiny forearms make him look weird. What Roelly needs to be wary of is how he poses his abs, and the way they are spreading apart...Conditiion is key for him...I see Roelly as a poor man's Levrone...and he needs to stop making that stupid face...

Sibil once invited me for a training session after I wrote a positive comment on her YT channel. It's hard to find an excuse not to accept that invitation since it's only 15 mins driving for me, but I'm afraid she would kill me, esp on a legs day

He should skip this years 'O and do the '12 AC. If he places top 6 he's ready for the 'O

Hard to say. It could be the angle or a little too much correction of his upperbody to compensate his foot stance. I don't think it's scoliosis, you can't perform heavy deads with that.
