Pure nonsense.  Govt revenues skyrocketed after the tax cuts.  Yes the war spending exacerbated the problem, but the tax cuts are not the issue, the war spending, medicare part D, gross increase in agency spending, and yes the recession are huriting finances.  Has nothing to do w tax cuts.
