I have a 360, ps3 and a wii.Dont bother with the Wii unless platformers are your thing.If you dont care about kinect then buy the ps3, the graphics and gameplay on the ps3 exclusives blow the 360 right out of the water, the graphics on God of War 3 and Uncharted 2 are unrivaled by anything on the 360 or even pc.If you like to make "backups" of your legally bought games then the ps3 can be modified in 5 minutes with a usb stick and a custom firmware to run your "backed up" games off the harddrive....., 360 would require you to buy a 2nd hand 360 with a 2 year old firmware and then some hefty internal soldering to get the same effect...Kinect however is fun although there are limited games out at the moment but IMHO its worth it for Kinect Sports and Dance Central (no homo) alone.People say xbox live is better but honestly to the average jo public you arnt going to notice much difference between the 2, and ps3 is free and 360 costs per month.

I have 2 Nvidia Geforces video cards, aside from heating the house..They have some awesome graphics..Way better than PS3 and xbox,,,,

I play on the live on the steam network..

I'll just download games via torrents, etc...i never ever bought any games in my life.

Not so, games like Shogun Total War 2 and the Upcoming Battlefield 3, which is being given priority to PC makes console games look like kids games.The difference between Battlefield 3 on consoles and PC is immense, Battlefield 2 was the king of Multiplayer and BF3 on pc with much larger servers, maps, FAR better graphics is going to kick the shit out of the HEAVILY dumbed down console versions.Clips here are from the PC version.The existing Armed Assault 2 which a TRUE military sim makes COD\BFBC look like childs play.

PS3 has a blu ray player and 3D games (if you have a 3D TV), plus some really sick games, and the Plastation move



I dunno, I knew I wanted an XBOX because of XBOX live, and most of my friends have it, so we all play online together games like Halo Reach and Modern Warfare 2, Gears of War, etc

The Xbox Kinect has a ton of potential but its still very new (I have that too), its control and motion capturing is ON POINT and awesome (you don't need a remote like the wii and ps3), but the games out are still very kids/family oriented, hardcore games are still in development.... so I imagine in a year or two I'd probably be using it more often!

X2.... I was / am a big PS fan, but got the xbox with kinect for the kids for x-mas....I really like it...both systems are good.

I think he's basing it on xbox live being rated as a better online service.If he's looking at it in any other respect then they both have 80% of the same games as multiplatforms and the exclusives are undoubtedly more impressive on the ps3.

dito, or had all three but didnt play on the wii and xbox 360 so i gave them away. to be honest i bought the wii only for mario galaxy, awesome game. but thinking about getting the xbox again with kinect for my daughter
