Note to current BB's. Even back in the 80's & 90's off season BB's in posing trunks looked strange. Today it is much much stranger.  Guys, show up, do a seminar, talk about stuff, sign autographs, but you may want to tell your fans you aren't ready to pose.  That's my suggestion.

When they see Evan doing free weights they give Evan's brain the go ahead signal to "hold on to the mass". In Phil's case it's the opposite. Apparently by doing machines, muscle receptors have a "secret code of honor" amongst themselves so they sabotage the person by telling the brain to "let it go".
