There are videos of Roelly squatting 750-800 lbs, seen pics of him benching over 500 lbs, so I'm pretty sure he's not just doing a bunch of reps with cables and shit. It's okay to criticize someone, but first get your facts straight.

If Roelly is a joke, what are some of the guys who aren't doing so well? I mean this is his second year as a pro and he got 7th and 8th at the AC, 3rd at the Australian, 1st in NY, 2nd last week and second place again this weekend. Is that so bad?

And like someone else already mentioned, if he'd put on a lot of mass people would be talking shit too. lol

i dont understand how someone can loose muscle in their calves. It took me for ever to get them to grow as with many people,  but after that I mean where can you go wrong??  How can one loose calf muscle while training them?

Look, Roelly is down on size, as you can see. And if you look at pics from the before the Arnold, to the Arnold to the shows after the Arnold, you can see the steady loss of muscle...i thought being objective was something we learn on here

English is my 3rd language (out of 5), so it's far from perfect. But what I mean to say was that his contest results sofar are well above average so I don't think he's disappearing in the line up and if he is, does it really matter? I mean, he is a pro bodybuilder and he's trying to make a living. From his perspective it would be worse for people to think he looks great, but the judges place him out of the top 3.

No, DJ wasnt too bad, but BB is about WINNING, for him as a competitor, yeah, his placings are really good considering what hes working with.
As far as from an observer standpoint, NO, he kind of sucks in the big picture, disappears in a lineup, huge arms on a so so torso, lots of imbalances, hit or miss conditioning, getting smaller every show.
So as far as Im concerned, judged against the others in BB, yeah, he is overrated and overhyped. Nothing special about him in a lineup, pretty blah actually. And its not like hes facing good competition, every BB hes placed well against wouldnt qualify for the O up till about 04-06.

By the Cormier thing, I mean he doesnt really stand out at all against the lineup.
If you noticed about Comier, he was so balanced that NOTHING drew your eye to him.
Roelly doesnt have exactly that same thing, he just disappears in a lineup like Cormier, but for different reasons.
