came to our gym a few years ago, great bloke, altho complete bulshit on the dosages etc,,, his stories on his times living with pual dillet realy do take the biscuit tho

but he's a very funny ,good speaker, great physique and one of the best......

i think he's great,,,, but he does talk complete shite concerning drugs, better off just refusing to talk about it than outright lie

Hey guys

Was cool meeting Lee. Despite what everyone says about him, he's a cool dude...very friendly and I had a nice
conversation with him... He was backstage in the VIP room and signed autographs and talked to fans. He told
me (and the crowd later) that he'll compete in October, at a NABBA show....since he's obviously done with the
IFBB. At the end of the show he did a few poses for the crowd, I'll upload a video later.

diet and it started with an injection, first thing in the morning

When the crowd cheered he said

Nope, That's Shameen Adams, promoter of the Shameen Classic. He's the 10 times overall provincial champion.

so you meet him at a guest appearance for 1:15 seconds and he is a cool dude

nice conversation? what else would it be? he is at a guest appearance.
