well ephedrine was banned, and all the cardiac events attributed to "heart disease" comes from something. In most cases a connection is never established.
stay away from stimulants, supplements and most otc drugs. just a thought
just because it's legal doesn't mean its safe. USA cant afford to test all the products on the market. the FDA steps in after enough people have encountered problems/died.
I would just stay away from the whole supplements industry. there got to be a reason why peoples organs fail are up these days. I even read some vitamin manufacturers had to high concentration of vitamins and it gave several people kidney damage before they realized it and recalled it.
