You know, I cannot get a consensus on Jack3d. Reviews and opinions are all over the damn place, ranging from excellent to piss poor.

Would recommend all you to try this:
5-10g bcaa
5-10g glutamine
5g creatine
20-50g dextrose or malto

Mix it all add 1liter water, drink half 30min before training and the rest during exercise.
You will not get dissapointed.,,,,

i prefer food (appx 90 mins prior)and usually just caffeine pre workout.

I do like to mix it up and throw in some pre workouts...original craze(stim) and hemavol (non stim) i have now..I dont use them every workout,i just mess around and alternate them cause i also have 200 mg caffeien pills at home.

I mix and match them and at times im tired and they def do give me a boost of energy.
