Probably, the split is 266 for heavyweight for novice, and open is 266-300HW, 300+ is superHW. Since I've never competed in a sanctioned event, I can do novice until I win an overall event, then they automatically move you to open. |

The numbers for this past weekend in Ohio for my class were, Log Press-235lbs-75seconds Axle Deadlift 2" axle no straps-435lbs-60 seconds Tire flip medley-370-435-550-650-60 seconds Keg carry/farmers medley 160lb keg-45X4-run back and grab each one individually/then farmers walk-90 feet-250lbs each hand 1 drop allowed- best time Atlas stones-over 46" yoke bar 230lbs/280lbs alternately-60 seconds The NAStrongman site is down right now.  |
