crazy thing, when i first moved to california back in 2001 the first weekend there i spent the day in venice/santa monica, and there was a supplement sale on the sidewalk right in front of i think it was l.a. supplements not sure if that is the name or if it's still around, kelly ryan was sitting at one of the tables on the sidewalk as she talked to people, gave out supplement samples and autographed pics of herself, i think guy grundy was there too and grant henderson as well. anyway....

kelly was a sweetie! talked to her for like over an hour! i felt bad that i was monopolizing her time away from other people, but she seemed to walk to talk as much as i did, looking back maybe she NEEDED to talk to anyone, someone about anything! we talked about working out, the weather, you name it! she then had to take off and shook my hand and smiled and said "if you go and join gold's gym over there, i'll see you there! good luck and take care!"

so when all this shit went down just a little while later  it freaked me out, how she could have been so nice, sweet and "normal". one wonders back then in 2001 was she already going downhill? oh yeah, forgot to mention titus actually drove by and honked his horn and gave her a smirk of a smile as he slowly drove past, damn! i'm hope he didn't think i was moving in on his woman, because it sounds like i wouldn't be here to type this message!

I bet Craig lived more in his 30+ yrs than most of us will experience in our whole lives.

Always shocks me how good he looked early in his career and how bad he looked at the end, same story for all the pros, u can see the downfall of Rockel right in front of our eyes right now
