Shawn Ray had the most balanced and proportionate most muscular pose. Others may have been or are bigger/freakier, but one of the best is Shawn's for sure.
Ronnie's is great too, but his triceps seem a little subpar compared to the rest of his arms in some shots.

Those guys would make the gentlemen in that picture look way less impressive. Seems everyone has forgotten what size is all about since they all left.

Modt impressive one I've seen was of Markus Ruhl at around 285 lbs. His clavicles were incredibly wide and the thickness in his pecs and delts was unreal. Too bad that besides the MM, Ruhl sucked at everything else. Even his back was overrated.

Ok,
Here is an ultra impressive screen cap of Phil Heath
taken from youtube.
Check out the size of his arms and legs.
Maybe the screen ratio is not correct but it looks to be.
Here is the video and you can judge for yourself.
Everyone seems to look correct until you get to Heath
and then it looks like they blew him up with air.
