Albert Nobbs....it was certainly unique.
I watched it and couldn't understand why it was even a movie. It was depressing the whole time and there was really no point to it. I guess I just didn't get it. |

I saw part of Trollhunter while flipping channels weeks ago. I set it to record because I got curious. It is listed as adventure/fantasy but it has a lot of comedic moments in it. Who knew that playing Christian songs praising God or Jesus would piss off a troll? It is not dubbed in english though. Battleship (2012) - tried to be to clever for it's own good with the whole 'whose really the bad guy' thing. i wanted the aliens to win anyhow. a turd, tbh, but with some great action scenes. ATM (2012) - i was bored before the 'action' even got started. ¾'s of the way through had me wanting to punch myself in the face for not turning it off. i was punching myself in the face at the finish  i pity anyone that actually paid money for this utter shit. worst film i've watched in a long time.

I saw Bourne Legacy this weekend. It ends abruptly to me. I was expecting more but the music cuts in. That was when I realized 2 hours had passed. Worth a watch.

Stallone STILL looks great... JCVD also in fantastic shape.

The Raid: Redemption (2011) - awesome  Lake Placid (1999) - pretty average with a a couple of lol moments, zero suspense and no scares. fonda is cute though.
