Granted your arms looks decent but are very narrow. hence when your left arm was not flexed or when they're relaxed. Also you really need to bring your traps and shoulders up. they look very narrow too.

look carefully, the split mirror effect in a 90 angle is taking away lots of width, hell in the original pic I only have one eye, buts I thought it was cool because it made my arm look almost the size of my torso lol.
