Too believe that there are no conspiracies is dumber than believing everything is a conspiracy.

Agreed, especially since there are conspiracy theories that have later been proven to be fact.

there is a line which is crossed, one where there are legitimate theories, then just the nuts that think everything is a conspiracy theory.  The nuts have come to play with the Bin Laden death that is for sure!  Birth certificate, Obama unfounded, proven wrong, pie in face, dumb people like Trump should hide in shadows.

I think what Parker said about the USA being built on deception is very true - the CIA are known to be corrupt and do stage things and make cover ups..So with the history and dirty underhand tricks that the USA is built on of course people are going to question how legit things are - the outside world view america totaly diff to how americans view themselves - americans are brainwashed into beleiving what they do is always right and that they are the good guys when alot of the time the reverse is true - it happens when most americans gain there history knowledge from watching hollywood which is always twisted to make america and the jews to look like the good guy - which is wrong.

And this is the reason why people after 9/11 happened were asking, "Why do they hate us?"
We (the CIA and the goverment) create Boogiemen or people to use as a example of the opposite of Amrican morals, the "American Dream", ideology, ethos---kinda like manufactured patriotism, and the masses go along with it...had Pearl Harbor not happened (been allowed to happen by the government) the US entering into WWII would have been a hard sell...even Churchill couldn't sell Truman on the War

Seems it is between anywhere from 70 - 110, nothing above average.

you re the one who needs pills right now it seems. Especially if you cant differenciate things that can be proved publicly by everyone and things that cannot.
Why... seems to make sense to me. You might as well cancel your news stations. It's all lies and CGI.

Of course he does think its all just CGI since he was not in Japan when the Tsunami occurred.

Yesterday he was claiming that all "Riots" are in the same category of being genuine along with Natural Disasters, but yet somehow Bin Laden`s death escapes that classification.  :-\

there is a line which is crossed, one where there are legitimate theories, then just the nuts that think everything is a conspiracy theory.

this is hard to define.

let's look at the gulf of tonken for example.

The US said one thing, the vietnamese said another thing.

Turns out, they were telling the truth and we had a "mid level mgmt mistake" about being attacked.  It led to a conflict that our leaders wanted, that lasted a long time with much cost in blood and trasure.

Papers declassified years later showed this.  Was there a 'conspiracy'?  well, we went to war over a lie.  People who said we were not attacked were called conspiracy theorists, as it directly went against what the govt said.

If the USA, in the 1960s, was willing to lie about something so big to get us into a war so big - it's not that crazy to look at today's events and question some things.  An entire war for a decade - built on a known lie.   Unbelievable, isn't it?

Right.  of course, there are nonsense ones that are along the lines of "aliens run secret govts" blah blah.

But history has shown us (usually 40 or 50 years later when documents are declassified) that quite a few wars start on lies.  The leaders want a war, but the people obviously aren't going to support that kind of sacrifice.

So the leaders will manufacture an event that will allow for war.  Happened in 1898 Maine.  Happened in 1964 Vietnam.

If it can happen ONCE, then there's nothing wrong with looking at modern wars (and the events that precipiate them) and wonder if it's more manufactured bullshit.

Lots of people had specific warnings not to fly on the morning of 9/11....

Because so much of our history is about deception...It's how we get into wars, how we sell the idea and the American dream---wrapped up in American flag...and people buy into it so blindly. Then you have movies like JFK and The Matrix, then the coverups, it doesn't really help much. and let's not forget the ever increasing encroachment on our rights, the patriot act, etc...

That is when the looney tunes start to come out, and EVERYDAY life becomes a Conspiracy...it's the man trying to hold you down, when in fact, it's your own paranoia that is holding you down.

Great post

-You can freely call someone in japan or text him to ask him if the tsunami was real.

-Nobody can ask anyone if ben laden was in this house and if he s been killed. Nobody can verify anything , and especially if the guy in the vid is BL.
Nobody can verify if these al quaeda websites are for real.

Cant make the difference between these facts, genius(es)?

Thank You, TA...this "mistake" or planned catastrophe became the running template to get us into wars---WWII, Vietnam, and 9/11...Americans are reluctant to want to get into wars outside of the US, regardless of how righteous it maybe, so to sell a War to the people, the government has to ignite and fan the flames of patriotism--with a hint of jingoism...served on a American flag plate...it's the tried and true recipe...and the added side dish of foreign culture/race/religion (japanese, Spanish, German, Muslim, North African, Middle Eastern, African).

Believing in conspiracies not always is an indicative of low intelligence. Some people are paranoids and extremely suspicious by nature. Bobby Fischer had IQ 180+ and believed in the "New World Order" conspiracy.

SUCKMYMUSCLE

He also never went to college, squandered tons of opportunities to make money, was brainwashed into following an ultraconservative evangelist church, refused medical attention when he was sick, spent time in jail, gave money to support a daughter in the Phillipines that was not his and hated jews even though he was jewish.

There is no correlation between having a high IQ and possessing common sense, a well rounded edcation or useful intelligence.

There are a lot of bullshit conspiracy theories out there for sure

Also a lot of them are real.

Only fools think in absolute broadbrushed generalities. If you're smart you won't let yourself fall into either extreme of total belief or disbelief.
