What fucks it up for you?
For me its sleeping habits. I dunno if I'm an insomniac or what, but I'm always up at weird hours (hahahha - last night I was up like a total nerd playing Halo with my friends til 4 am!)
Its really not conducive to lifting, I stay up sooo late, or I get very little sleep, and then I'm walking around like a zombie all day popping tylenol and pounding caffeinated drinks left and right!
Really trying to change this about myself!
As you guys can see, I'm up at 2:20 am right now, posting on GETBIG and eating a box of Milano Chocolate mint cookies! 
all of us are like that not only you ,,its from trenbolona ace ,,this is the main culprit behind the energized annoying talker between 11 pm and 3 am ,,
trenbolona will just get you hyper and in a way high ,,its a diff high,,its the type of high when your girlfriend want to go to sleep and you sit there and talk your head off...its nto yoru fault its the trenbolona,,but as said many times before it is the number one reason for fellas breaking up and if not careful ending up in troubles
