WRONG ! all laws still must be followed in private transactions , I know this for a fact I've done many private transactions for firearms , they only difference is there is no way for one party to run a NCIC check. all laws still must be followed , I can't sell a firearm to anyone who doesn't have an appropriate licence and paper work must be filled out and filed with the state.
