What I hate is the fact that he does get a free pass because his standout body part is arms... Which is a very beach body mentally.. Phil has benefitted greatly from having great arms. But he also has great shape and flow to his physique. He's also very maketable.
In the pathetic field competing today, Phil clearly has what it takes to be Mr. Olympia. In the 90s he's be lucky to make the posedown.

narrow guy you'd assume he would have a narrow waist, but that's not the case his waist isn't horrendous but it could be a tad narrwer (nit picking)

true culter has a wide waist but hes also super wiiiide ... and phil has a prettier physique but when you stand them both the width and muscle density and maturity difference really sticks out

What's weird about Phil's physique is that he is so narrow it screws up his FDB. I can't think of anyone else who has ever had that problem. Proportionate to his frame (height), he's the narrowest guy in IFBB history.

Heath has the best arms in the Ifbb, he has the best shoulders, the best hams, the best back next to Kai and even then it's close between them 2 on back. he has the most of everything and has the best conditioning. On top of all that he is the most separated bodybuilder on the planet.

He is wider then Dex, wider then Branch, and just as wide as half the field, look at the pics, he is wide enough, clavicle may be narrow but his enormous shoulder width more then makes up for it.
