My wrists are exactly 7" in circumference. It's funny... I actually fit this criteria to the "T"  ;D  (except for the waist, but only by 1")

I'm supposed to have a bigger chest than Arnold.   ::)  They should call the calculator, "the steroids leaking out of your ass" calculator not the fitness calculator.  bigger neck than tyson too.

That is for your average person. Those measurements would have been correct for me before i started training. I have such small joints that im actually starting to have problems with them now from all the new muscle i've added over the years.

Yes. Adonis formulated the equation for the program and actually received a small fee from bb.com for that.

I'm almost perfectly in proportion according to my wrist size. Here's the readings as well as my actual measurements:

Wrist: 7.75in

Chest: 50.35 (actual 49.5)
Forearm: 14.6 (actual 14.5)
Waist: 35.26 (actual 35)
Thigh: 26.69 (actual 27)
Hip: 42.81 (actual 41.5)
Calve: 17.12 (actual 17.25)
Bicep: 18.13 (actual 18.5)
Neck: 18.6 (actual 17.75)

arms are 4" bigger,chest and waist 4" bigger,fores and calves 2" bigger,neck dead on,hips dead on.
