I see guys like this in the gym all the time, putting on way too much weight on the bar and with a overly generous spotter there.
These guys then write down that they did the liftand give themselves a false sense of accomplishment and strength.
My barometer is always that if I cant take if off the rack myself and do it without any aide whatsoever with a spot, than its too heavy.
This schmuck in the video has probably been babied all the way along. Look at his physique. Good shape, but obviously not really ready for heavy lifts.
