Yesterday I had a turkey, cream cheese, duseldorf mustard sammie on a hamburger bun for breakfast, 1/2 of a reuben w/thousand island for lunch, the other 1/2 for a snack later.  |

WHEW !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was having issues ... I had the most delicious BLT EVER .. it was fat club .. 3 slices of thick toasted whole grain wheat bread .. yummo ranch dressing .. maple smoked THICK SLICED CRISPY BACON ... romaine .. pepper jack cheese and deep red meaty beefsteak tomatoes with avocado spread oh my lawd  it was divine with homemade hot spiral potato chips with sea salt and vinegar ... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm m |

Avocados are an excellent food .. the taste is actually almost hidden amongst the rest of the goodies on the sammy .. you prolly wouldn't even know it was there  |
