this make no sense

we don't deport legal citizens

If you're trying to make the that had this particular individual been deported then maybe you should go back and read the story

he was deported twice

it's a horrible situation when anyone is killed by a drunk driver and this case is no exception

pick any traffice accdidnent and you can play the "if only" game

If only the driver had left 5 seconds sooner or later, if only he had bought groceries yesterday and didn't need to get milk and eggs today, etc...

none of that shit is relevent
the difference is we have the ability to do something about this "what if"

and this isnt the only "what if" situation that arises from the problem...

of course we do

we'll convict him for drunk driving and put him in jail and along with all the other legal US citizens who have committed similar crimes

and we keep ILLEGALS out...

fact is the citizen has a right to be here...the illegal does not...

even a person such as you can see the difference...

so why do you insist on being ignorant and saying that this isnt an illegal immigration issue?

San Francisco learned nothing from Bologna family murders

On June 1, San Francisco Sheriff Michael Hennessey will begin releasing illegal-alien criminals from jail, regardless of whether or not federal immigration officials have requested the inmate be held. The sheriff has vowed to uphold the city’s ‘sanctuary policy,’ which will place him in direct violation of federal law.

Sheriff Hennessey stated: “I’m trying to enforce San Francisco’s city of refuge law. The city of refuge law says we are not supposed to comply with federal officials except with felonies. I’m just doing our best to enforce local law. That’s my job.”

San Francisco officials are angry because Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have been using data obtained under the Secure Communities program to detain and deport illegal aliens arrested for misdemeanors.

According to ICE, between June 2010 and February 2011, 111 illegal aliens were deported after being identified through Secure Communities in San Francisco on immigration violations alone. Another 85 illegal aliens were deported after committing misdemeanors in the city, along with 45 convicted felons.

However, all of that will come to an end next week, as illegal aliens arrested for misdemeanors will no longer be held on ICE detainers and will simply be released with a citation.

Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch said of the illegal policy: “It’s an astonishing abuse of his office. I guarantee you that someone who is released by him as a result of his lawlessness will go on to commit a more serious crime. People are going to get hurt, or worse, and it will be on him.”

Apparently, Sheriff Hennessey is either not familiar with the tragedy of the Bologna family…or he simply cares more for the supposed rights of illegal aliens than for the safety of those he is sworn to protect.

In San Francisco, on June 22, 2008, three members of the Bologna family were gunned down by Salvadoran national and gang member Edwin Ramos. Tony Bologna, 48, and his sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16 were shot to death by Ramos as they sat in their car on a crowded street, in the city´s Excelsior District.

Ramos who is a member of the notoriously violent drug gang known as MS-13, shot the Bologna family to death because Tony Bologna had temporarily blocked the car in which Ramos was traveling, as the two cars made their way through an intersection. The Bologna men were returning home from a family barbecue.

Though in the country illegally, as a juvenile, Ramos committed felony attempted robbery and assault, but was never deported.

Shortly after the shooting, the San Francisco Chronicle reported, Juvenile Probation Department officials failed to report Ramos to federal immigration authorities for deportation because of San Francisco´s stated sanctuary policy.

Unfortunately, there will undoubtedly be more tragedies in San Francisco at the hands of criminal aliens, as well as at those of city officials.

Typical liberal insanity.

Texas agency: Authorities take gunfire on border
AP ^ | 6/9/11 | Paul J Weber

Texas authorities said suspected drug runners in Mexico began shooting at U.S. law enforcement agents from across the Rio Grande on Thursday, forcing the U.S. officers to return fire and injuring at least three of the suspects on the other side of the border.

Few details about the early morning shootout in Hidalgo County were immediately available. The shootout began after U.S. agents patrolling in boats tried to seize a drug load on the Rio Grande, Texas Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Tela Mange said.

Mange said she could not disclose whether any U.S. officers were struck or injured. She said the agents came under "heavy fire" but would not say how long the ensuing shootout lasted.

Authorities said Mexican officials were notified about two "drug-laden" boats that were abandoned after the shootout.

HPD: Woman tied to crash before officer's death now in Mexico
The Houston Chronicle ^ | June 13, 2011 | CINDY GEORGE

A woman accused of leaving the scene of a traffic accident last month where an investigating Houston police officer was later killed has been charged with two felonies and is believed to have fled again — this time, to Mexico.

Houston police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Francisca Cortez, 28. Authorities said they believe she is the driver who struck two motorcyclists on Interstate 610 near Yale on May 29. While investigating that wreck, Officer Kevin Will was fatally struck by a suspected drunken driver.

In a probable cause affidavit filed Friday in Harris County, police revealed that Cortez's relatives have said she is in Mexico with her children. Court records also detail an effort in the hours after her crash to mislead authorities about her whereabouts and the location of her white Chevrolet Suburban during the time of the accident.

Motorcyclists dragged Cortez is charged with two counts of failure to stop and render aid in an accident resulting in serious bodily injury. The wreck happened just as Luis Almendarez and Tracey Alexander entered the freeway on their bikes headed east around 2 a.m. After the men were hit from behind and thrown from their motorcycles, the SUV motorist "continued to drive, dragging the motorcycles approximately 1,000 feet before the vehicle came to rest on the shoulder of I-610," the complaint said.

On Monday, Almendarez was in fair condition at Ben Taub General Hospital, an upgrade from graver earlier reports that he was on life support. Alexander suffered from road rash, bruises and cuts.

Court documents allege that after hitting the bikers, the SUV driver got out and attempted to pull the motorcycles from under her vehicle, but got back in the Suburban and left the scene without giving any information.

It's not her fault. It's the white devil's fault. Those motorists should have gotten out of her car's way. She's right to take off for that Mexican shithole. Don't worry, she'll be back in a few months anyway. It's not like our border isn't supposed to be open or anything.
