but my upperbody keeps growing at a higher rate than my legs tho ...
Coach, what do you think about doing bike for leg developpment ? Everybody who does a lot of bike and compete in bodybuilding (speaking from what I see) have great leg size and separation
no doing bike only, still do the leg workouts but adding some bike cardio during the week ?
