I'm not sure if you're being facetious or not  ???

meatloaf that's the BOMB

3.5 lbs of lean mince beef ( pork or turkey I haven't tried )

1 baseball sized sweet onion minced/caramalized

1/3 lb of crisp drained/blotted crumbled bacon ( I cut my bacon pkgs in 3's and ziploc bag them that's why I use 1/3 lb. )

1/2 Cup panko bread crumbs

I form the loaf around a glass, take it out - leaving the center hollow, that I fill with grated sharp cheddar and seal it up

smear BBQ sauce all over it - bake it @ 350 for about 90 min. ( check w/meat therm )till it oozes clear liquid unless you prefer more "rare" beef

Every Sunday I order the same chicken cutlet and pasta diner from a place in my town.....same meal everytime.

.....If the mother with her heavy Dago accent picks up the phone my order is never right.

I used to order from a deli in Winston-Salem almost every week with the same 1 or 2 people answering the phone....they asked me EVERYTIME how to spell my last name..... :-\   But they would include extra fried mushrooms for me, so it was alright by me.

TJ's Deli and Grill.  They have a couple of locations, doesn't look like much of a place, but really good food.  Some of the best fried mushrooms around.   :P
