'no pics on flexonline. That is the definition of a hardcore bodybuilding website...much like the magazine, a growing disappointment that gets bigger every month.

Branch looked great. He had monster legs with a level on conditioning that I have never seen. Jackson looked great. His total package is excellent. Quincy with a little drying out will be scary. His legs, in size, are probably 20% larger than anyone else at the show. I think his stage weight was 308 or so, unreal Henry was awesome and very very dry. Seeing him pose was just awesome. Great lines everywhere. If he was 10% larger in size, I personally think he'd be the man to beat. His back was excellent. I think mustafa was using this as a warmup. He was holding a little water. In 2 weeks, with a little drying out, he is right up in the mix.
I look forward to seeing all these guys in two weeks to see if any improvements can be made. With branch and jonny, it is a matter of holding the conditioning. With QT and Mustafa, they will need to dry out a little more.

I had no idea Nassar was competing - he really should retire.
Pavol's legs are skinny looking.
Mustafa certainly is still a little soft.
Branch deserved the win.

I agree, Branch Warren was the best last night but Johnny Jackson was really close. JJ has better lines and proportions but Warren's conditioning is unreal. Great legs but in comparison his arms are somewhat behind. Is it just me or many competitors had some tanning problems?

Flex is still garbage. Warren is a freak, jackson is good but still needs more sweep in his quads and his calves - well not much can be done. Pavol looks downsized a little still awesome conditioning. Luke wood i thought might do better but he's got incredible potential. Nasser looks dreadful and i don't like looking at his pics, its upsetting to think what he once was like and how far he's fallen

Well the calibre of contestents does suck but what do you expect with just a month to go till the big one. No qualified pro is gonna waste time with a contest like this and risk jeopardising his O showing.

Hmm suprised about David Henry, I thought he was really going to hit top gear. Just in case you didn't notice, Luke Wood was there

Warren's legs are actually too big IMO. Kinda the Tom Platz syndrome. His legs totally overshadow his upper body.

You need to look at those pics again! I'm not seeing that at all. Warren has plenty of upper body size and the kind of density and "graininess" you only get from extremely heavy training.

David Henry got lost in the lineup, I personally had him 2nd place. QT, Christmas came early for you brutha, you will need to drop about 10lbs of water and 5lbs of fat to make an impact at Charlotte and the Olympia so dont lighten up, Tighten up!

This tripe with "paying your dues" in bodybuilding so ridiculous. Not to mention the fact david has already done that anyway.
And how the hell did Pavol Jablonicky place so low?
He must have come wayyyy out of shape.

David Henry did look incredible (at least in the photos) and should've easily been in the top 3. Apparently QT just wowed the judges with his size. Also, how did Nasser beat Luke Wood? I noticed there weren't any back shots of Nasser but come on. Wood had to have easily beat him from the back if Nasser's recent competitive outings are anything to go by. I know it's just for 14th place but that one had my scratching my head. And Jonnie O... come on, this is a sport based 100% on appearances but year after year, his left tit gets droopier and droopier. He was in great condition otherwise but that just plain looks bad and he should be marked down for it.
