I'd take FMW out this group.  Fucker has ducked some of the best fighters of generation the last 5 yrs, especially.  Judah exposed his defense for the 1st 3rd of their fight.

Hey cheesy toes, who you have in the khan vs judah fight? Judah has been pretty solid since he moved back to light welterweight, and  khan is still a chin shot away from going down.

Khan wins  , Judah is done  lost his fight against Matthysse , BTW Matthysse got robbed again last night against Devon Alexander.

It seems like all of the fighters in the early mma days did not transition well into todays standard of fighting.  The newest example of this is Tito Ortiz. He was widely considered one of the most dominant fighters of his era.  Now he is getting worked over by 3rd tier deaf guys.  Royce Gracie wouldn't be anywhere near as good if he were fighting today's mma athletes.

1. mayweather cant hold toney gloves when it comes to defence. he is a poor mans toney.

2. b-flop is a bum compared to toney in defence. shit... toney is superior in everyway.  b-flop is too scared to move up to heavy.

3. roy jones is a genetic freak. there is never going to be another roy jones.  you can see he has no boxing skills just genes

4. ali had very good defence but he was all genes. once he came out of prison he lost some speed. he didnt have the legs like he did when he was clay. he still had head movement but was never the same


toney is the one of the few masters in a paticular fighting style (shoulder roll) 


can you name any defensive masters who relied on skill dumbass?

Back in his Prime around 96, Shammy was one of the best.

you have to know boxing to appreciate James Toney's defence
Guy was old school, used to do the Philly shell like Archie Moore back in the days.

Tuck your left shoulder against your chin, ride the right hand coming from your opponent then come back with a counter punch.
This style isnt easy to employ and takes many many years to get it right.
Lets face it, Toney wasnt known really for his punching power or speed, it was his skills that made his successful in so many weightclasses.

People who claim Toney's defence wasnt top notch dont know boxing.
