I agree with you. Ive seen silly physiques from guys who havent even touched weights. It's sad a lot of these guys with excellent genetics dont do anything with them

Having learned how seo influences muscle shape, I've lost a lot of respect for wheeler. His arms were half oil. There's also a vid out there of him doing preacher curls with a dumb bell that says 75 on it but looks and behaves like a 35-45 pound dumb bell.

By behaves I mean, the ratse of acceleration in the beginning of a movment an the rate of deceleration at the end are too high.

You are not talking about the clip when he was about 21? After curling the dumbell he stands up and does a FDB pose, and you can see that he really works his biceps...SEO was not even out back then, and when he was younger he was known for lifting heavier than as a Pro, which probably resulted in him having a bicep tear....

He did not look that young if I remember, it was like his second or third video of him working out after he was very successful. And that is not where I saw the seo, seo is evident basically in every photo of him on the olympia stage.
