the only reason bodybuilder now day quit at 40 ....is because there are younger ones just as good and YOUNGER system is younger at 28...

the skin get thicker....the older you get especialy on hgh ...skin get thicker...and 40 is hard age to be top competitot ,,,thats why most retire ,, in arnold era...it was 30...because no gh consistancy so you retired in the early 30s...now day you can go on to 60...but you will not winning anything big  unless it is in your age group
