Yeah I'm  a hefty 220 lbs right now, and no abs, and you know what guys.... I'm fucking happy  ;D LOL


Will probably compete again in 2 years!  focusing on this phd now!

I got my Mastesr - in Engineering Management last year.  Right after that I started my PhD! I'm one year into it now and I'm looking at another 2-3 years

I wrote two research papers last year,

One on transition of leadership within family businesses (Which will be expanding into my dissertation)

And one on the development of Glasses-free 3D TV's - (which I WISH was expanding into my dissertation lol)

Thanks dude, that was one of my best shots 1 week before my show in 2008, I weighed 170 in that picture, at 6 feet I was far from big

any lean contest arm looks impressive, arabs have shitty arm genetics in general, they lack triceps, in size and shape (pressing the arm against your lat does not count) they have good peaks in general though, relaxed there arms look awful and much smaller
