BTW, I will tell you the secret to losing bodyfat FAST that NO ONE who knows it ever says- keep insulin low as fuck 24/7 and (this is the key) avoid eating high amounts of fat in one sitting. You should never eat more than 400 or so cals in one meal, and try to keep fats as low as possible at all times.
Took me a while to figure this out. I reworked my prep diet to be around 250g protein 120-150g carbs and no more than 60g fat and that is mostly fat from fish oil, olive oil, some lecithin and almonds. 6oz of top sirloin at night, rest of the time straight chicken breasts. This is the key diet, modify some of the macros to your liking. I eat a shitload of broccoli and asparagus to keep me full, bout it. No deviations other than throwing in some egg whites. Complex carbs from boiled brown rice, that's it!
Amazing diet. Took me a while to perfect it. No drug short of DNP will work better.
