Actually I've been meaning to ask quaker to rate my lifts....

First powerlifting comp 2 months ago....

Raw - 198lbs

Squat - 405
Bench - 300
Dead - 440

Decent, keep at it? Or awful - never go under the bar again....?

very good raw numbers, people always are surprised how strict the judging is at actual meets, they'll red light you at a lot of meets for moving your foot even an inch on the bench press.

There were a few seasoned lifters in this meet and they were grumbling at the strictness of the judging.... squat depth was a big talking point. I was 8/9 on the day so fairly happy from my point of view.
