i see phil as capable of winning the side tricep, the ab and thigh, and the fron double bicep due to superior aesthetics; but kai will take the front lat spread, side chest, back lat spread, and back doule bi. most muscular is a toss up cuz its not actually judged by who is more muscular but who looks better in the crab or hands clasped pose and phil looks great in those poses while kai seems to disapear when he hits the crab.
