Bay, I like you and I've always respected your opinions on things, but I don't know what the circumstances are that led to this view you have of him, I'm only telling you about my interaction with him, and to me he comes off as a real good guy.


Either way, I think some people take shit on GetBig way too seriously when they could be focusing on other aspects of their lives.

wasn't this in Virginia sometime in july?....I miss this show. that was the only local show we had in the DC/MD/VA

Yes this was in Virginia!  Was one of my favorite events of the summer!


That wasn't a local show, it was a regional show/national qualifier!  One of the most competitive shows in the East coast man!


And thats not the only show, in the area, don't forget the Tournament of Champions in DC by IFBB Pro Yohnnnie Shambourger, and The NPC Maryland States which were in Rockville.  There was also the Musclemania Capital City Classics - but I think they stopped that very recently!

Then there are the natural shows, like the OCB Potomac Cup, and the NGA Potomac Cup.


Lot more that I can't think of!

I didn't know Yohnnnie Shambourger was still doing this show.......met him at a powerhouse gym in maryland a couple years ago.....I need to check out the other shows in the area and I'll try to attend one sometime

No, not at all.  It was a matter of the time that the promoter put into the show and production value...as his kids were getting older, he wanted to devote more time to family....

that's sad. I had a feeling this show had a great future and it was gonna be there for years......very dissapointed........we need another similar show in northern virginia
