As much as it peeves me sometimes to be bald, if i wasn't i'm 90% sure i'd still just have a shaved head anyway. I'd probably grow some hair for winter though.

Even if i had the cash i don't think i could bring myself to splash on a transplant. i'd rather spend 20k on something fun.

Jesus that looks horrible. That is a lot of trouble. I guess hair is really special to some people. I've been shaving mine short since the age of 18 so I can't really understand.

The kid is barely in his twenties. Being bald at that age would suck.

He needs to sort those fuckin eyebrows out - he has more hair there than on his head - to bushy so makes his baldness on his head look worse

LOL!  ;D Maybe it's cause you look more like a "bad guy" now?  ???

honestly, when I use an accent it is pretty much a "done deal"....not to sound like a douche but I'm just telling the truth

without the accent- i'm just some orange asshole with a big nose
with the accent- I'm a bold, exotic, olive skinned man............sure, it's a lie but I figure that it is evening the playing field because girls lie too

the problem i see with hair transplants is the following

it's not an option for guys who refuse to touch finasteride, because you are supposed to stabilize your hairloss first before considering a transplant and then after the transplant you have to keep using finasteride so that you don't lose the "non transplanted hair"

otherwise you will end up with a nice horse shoe and a nice hairline but random bald areas in between?

this is what i think, i'm not sure

and finasteride is just not an option so therefor hair transplant isn't either

I was on finasteride for a long time without any side effects. It didn't do shit for me, I guess I'm a non responder. I stopped taking them and my hairloss has not increased (not 100% sure cause I shave and can't judge accurately but it looks the same).

how old are you, has your balding stabilized the last years, and if you grow it out how much hair do you appear to have (horshoe or widdows peak)

if you have enough hair and just a shit hairline AND your hairloss is stabilized why not get a transplant

I had both.

People certainly treat you different with a shaved head.

I grew mine back for work though - was equally happy/content with both.

I'm 22. I think my hair loss has stabilized yeah. My hair loss is in the classic "island" "Alan Shearer" formation

You can tell I have a little more in the front in a slight island formation

Wow so you started balding at 20 or what?  Did your (grand)father/brothers bald so young too ???

holy crap you look good bald (no homo)

in that case dont even bother, wait untill you're 30 at least so you are sure your transplant will not backfire as much if you end up losing more than expected

I started thinning around 18, maybe even 17, not sure. It was a slow process. My fathers hairloss is a bit different, he lost hair on the crown and not in the front. Grandfather was bald as well yeah.

No homo can't save you  :D lol jk thanks I look good cause I'm posing like a phaggot but I don't pose like a phaggot every second of real life so its not accurate  ;D

well look at it this way if you don't feel good about it, at least inquire with a transplant surgeon in real life. because seems like only your hairline is going to sh!t maybe they can just fix it

they advise against it at young age tho since you can be left with the new hairline while everything else balds on
