18.5 to 19 inches,, vban dam is 16.5 to 17 ,, dorian better condition ,, 2 inch is a lot especialy with the condition diff,, but! van dam is no homo,, he has some good muscle going ,, and in 80s was very good ,, infsact more impressive than many bodybuild

Some people do not look big at all in pictures, hard to really guess someones exact arm size from a pic. I guarantee if we posted pics of heavier muscled real athletes nfl or mma types (urlacher, carwin, sherk ect), without knowing who these people are, most getbigers would probrably say they had 15 to 16 inch arms when in reality some are pretty big. After seeing pro bb in pictures so often people get desensitized to what real world muscle looks like.

i dont see 17 plus hes kinda all biceps which tend to lend itself to small measurments. He does have low insertions which add to the effect of big arms

fellas ,, he has the type of arms that are thinner in the width separment,,, his actual muscle shape there is nothing to write home about ,, BUT! i garentee you this is 17 inch arms flexed and pumped,,some fellas when flex has the thin width sudenly get thicknes due to the tricept from the back being massive or larger...if he mesuye it with tape mesurment when pumped and flexed it will mesure 17 inches at his height and weight in that picture,, he also is in very good condition for his age ..hold some water  from low dose hgh but ...he is in the singles 8% ..maybe even 7% just hold some water ,,you can see the fella has almost no fat on him if you know your bodybuild

his problems are

thicker skin due to age and hgh + hormones

not gving a damn about bodybuild at this moment in his life...

not taking the picture in the bathroom mirror in the best light...



those are his problems..

fella is pretty close to 6% friends,, 17 inch arms garenteed at 5'8 ...thats not bad for someone who been through what he has aka the years he been on earth... and at his age...pretty good for not giving a damn

he keep very good condition and pretty good size

Is he getting back into shape for a new movie?  For a while there he was a bit soft and small.
