what did you dine on yesterday?

I'll begin:
2 cinnamon rolls
black coffee

cheeseburger
French fries


Reeses Blizzard from Dairy Queen

Then I trained back

post workout was a cheese dog with a small dish of baked beans

Can you tell I am on a Labor Day diet???

This thread proves BBing is all DRUGS, and 200-400 grams of protein daily to maintain muscle size is BS.  i had 2 bagels, subway 12 in and a shrimp/crab salad.  that's under 100 grams, easy, and that's every day, just about.

so far today:

An egg dish for breakfast......and 5 cups of coffee.


later on this afternoon will be lean ground beef.....whole wheat bread.....ice tea.


i will train around 5 o'clock.....then eat some more lean ground beef and maybe a baked potato.

During the football game tonight.....I will enjoy a root beer float.

Not trying to be a smart ass serious, just there is no way I maintain size with under 200 grams of protein, but I also think that anythng more the 350-400 my body won't use

i agree with the board that many people push high protein over board but I think 1 gram per lb is a little low for someone juiced. i think 1.5 is plenty though

-chicken breast on the pan.

around 2000 cals i think

3x coffees with milk and sweetener, water, some pepsi, couple gums and an amp of test.

Just a good day for me.. Grin

Got to go back in a somehow clean eating plan...

Almost 2 months holidays at my parents house and eating like shit..good thing is that I ate only home-made food...never fastfood.

Thats a good thing...but too many cals.
