Thereís less than 120grms carbs. Iíve gone from 232 to 209 as of today and have lost little size. Iím constantly hungry

Lunch 2 chicken breasts and plate of mixed veggies,24 oz water

Dinner 7 hot dogs with mustard and onion,2 diet Pepsiís.

Workout on Empty Stomach in AM

- 3/4 Cups Oats + 1.5 Scoop Protein Powder

- 3 Eggs + 1/2 Cup Whites

- 2 Turkey Burgers

- Chicken Breast (6 oz. or so) + Veggies

- Protein Shake + 1/4 Cup Almonds

- Chicken Breast + Half Avocado

This is my everyday diet to maintain my Summer look. I'll have 2-3 refeed meals per week when I get a little lethargic (or not recovering quick enough), and One "Cheat" meal with the Mrs. for our weekly Date Night.

4.00pm pint of whole milk, several bags of crisps

6.00pm homemade chips done in a pan with chicken Kievís

Fat by bodybuilding standards yes, probably still halfway lean by normal people standards, do fluctuate a bit but just cut back the bait a bit if start getting too fat. Burn loads of calories at work so if ate cleaner would probably waste away. Not serious about physique just enjoy training and food

A lot less carbs by my count. Could it be that carbs keep one feeling full longer? Good job, your diet seems to be working for you. What's your goal weight?

shake with MCT oil

red meat with yam veggies

chicken and rice

shrimp and rice

snacked on a few pretzels with peanutbutter

just very clean heavy carb diet with lots of training including hot yoga
