Natural bodybuilding is not rocket science guy, nutrient timing, the right macros, good food is what you gotta do, you just have to be really disciplined. But any bodybuilder, who's on the juice, and is serious about it, continues to do this anyway.
shrimp has high concentrations of glucosamine? that's good advice for a senior citizen, or for an athlete with an injury, but who wants to eat that shit everyday? just buy glucosamine pills, even that has trivial results.
